CORONAVIRUS UPDATE


We are receiving higher than usual Item Not Received Cases.
This is due to the Coronavirus situation.
There are serious postage delays in international & domestic postage.


Currently people who are blaming seller's for delays in their items are acting
UNAUSTRALIAN.

If you are expecting to have the same service as during the times of non-crisis. You are acting UNAUSTRALIAN.


We understand, many people are new to e-commerce and there is currently a boom in the industry.
However we are not currently accepting any complaints due to lost mail/delays in delivery.


The customer is always right,  but behavior that does not accommodate for the Coronavirus crisis and lockdowns, is considered to be:


UNAUSTRALIAN.
